For the information of the principals/directors of the colleges/institutions teaching B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering ( CSE ) affiliated to the National University and all concerned, it is informed that the examination form for the 1st semester of the 1st year of 2020 Theater and Media Studies (Hons) (according to new and old syllabus) filling will be done online as per the date given below. The detailed schedule of the examination will be informed later. The date, terms, and conditions for submission of the entry form and pay-slip of the candidates participating in the said examination are given below –
এতদ্বারা জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধিভুক্ত কম্পিউটার সাইন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ( অনার্স ) পাঠদানকারী কলেজ / প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহের অধ্যক্ষ / পরিচালক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে ,২০২০ সালের বি এস সি অনার্স ইন কম্পিউটার সাইন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং প্রথম বর্ষ ১ম সেমিস্টার পরীক্ষার ফরম পূরণ নিচের দেয়া তারিখ অনুযায়ী অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। পরীক্ষার বিস্তারিত সময়সূচী পরবর্তীতে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। উক্ত পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণকারী পরীক্ষার্থীদের এন্ট্রিকৃত বিবরণী ফরম ও পে-স্লিপ জমাদানের তারিখ, নিয়মাবলী ও শর্তাবলী নিম্নে দেয়া হলো –

পরীক্ষার্থী কর্তৃক অনলাইনে ফরম পূরণের আবেদন করার তারিখ – ১৮/০২/২০২১ থেকে ২৮/০২/২০২১ পর্যন্ত।
পরীক্ষার্থী কর্তৃক প্রিন্টকৃত আবেদন ফরম কলেজে জমা দেয়ার শেষ তারিখ – ২৮/০২/২০২১ পর্যন্ত।
পরীক্ষার্থী কর্তৃক ডাটা নিশ্চয়ন করার তারিখ ( কলেজ কর্তৃক ) – ০১/০৩/২০২১ পর্যন্ত ডাটা নিশ্চয়ন করা যাবে।
সোনালি সেবার মাধ্যমে টাকা জমার তারিখ ( কলেজ কর্তৃক ) – ০২/০৩/২০২১ থেকে ০৩/০৩/২০২১ পর্যন্ত।
পে-স্লিপ, ফি বিবরণী, শিক্ষার্থী বিবরণী ও অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট শাখায় জমার তারিখ – ০৪/০৩/২০২১ পর্যন্ত।
2 / Examination fee (per examinee) –
নিয়মিত/ অনিয়মিত / মানউন্নয়ন পরীক্ষার্থী – ২০০০/- টাকা।
কেন্দ্র ফি – ৫০০/- টাকা।
Note: All students must complete the form within the stipulated time and no application will be accepted after that or the form cannot be filled with a delay fee.
বিঃ দ্রঃ নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে এবং এর পরে কোন আবেদনেই গৃহীত হবে না বা বিলম্ব ফি দিয়ে ফরম পূরণ করা যাবে না।
