জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধিভুক্ত কলেজগুলতে অধ্যয়নরত নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে সেরা ফলাফল্ধারী শিক্ষার্থীকে ভাইস চ্যান্সেলর এওয়ার্ড প্রদান করা হবে।এর মধ্যে স্নাতক ( সম্মান ) কোর্সে ২৬ জন আর স্নাতক ( পাস ) কোর্সে ৪ জন।আগামি ১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি একটি অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে এই শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে এওয়ার্ড তুলে দেয়া হবে। এওয়ার্ড প্রাপ্ত প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে সনদ ও আধা ভরি সোনার মেডেল প্রদান করা হবে।
জুম এর মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য এওয়ার্ড প্রদান অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ডা. দিপু মনি (এম পি )। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন শিক্ষা উপমন্ত্রী মহিবুল হাসান চৌধুরী ( এম পি ) , বিশ্ববিদ্যলয়ের মঞ্জুরি কমিশনের চেয়ারম্যান প্রফেসর. কাজী ড. শহিদুল্লাহ, শিক্ষা সচিব মোহাম্মদ মাহবুব হোসেন , মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের মহাপরিচালক ড. সৈয়দ মোঃ গোলাম ফারুক। অনুষ্ঠানের সভাপতিত্ব করবেন জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মাননীয় উপাচার্য প্রফেসর ড. হারুন-অর-রশিদ।
